Cedar City trip

On to our next set of photos from this summer - our trip to Cedar City, which also took place in July (well, that is what I am remembering right now, anyway... it could have been August. Sad how short my memory is now-a-days.)

We went down to Cedar City to work on the house down there. John and Camie whipped out a lot of work that weekend - even with all the set backs. Here are a few views of their efforts:

Digging out the window well.

Window cut into the foundation.

John preparing to push out the block.

There goes his hand...

Camie - after many hours of digging and filling holes with gravel.

Tom and Mary Alice's hand prints in the portion of the sidewalk that was replaced. (Thanks Aunt Camie!)

And while John and Camie were working - the rest of us were playing. The kids, in particular had a really good time! Here are the boys playing in the wading pool.

And the kids playing while Ean BBQ'd some dinner.

One excited Henry (sorry for the sideways picture.)

Ean and I took the kids to the Renaissance Fair. (Brave guy, let me tell you!)

Michael and Tom going down the big slide.

Steven looking out of the bounce house.

Mary Alice - this was as far as she would go into the bounce house. She finally went in and down the slide when it was time to leave, but most of the time, she just enjoyed watching the boys bouncing around inside.

This is by far my most favorite picture of the trip. Uncle Ean with cousins Steven, Michael, and Sam. We took this picture during the fire-dancing demonstration. The boys were completely enthralled.

After their exhausting day, the boys conked out while watching a movie. But not Mary Alice - that girl takes after her Aunt Amy and LOVES movies more than anything.

And finally a fun picture of Camie. I know she will hate this, but the picture is just so fun, I couldn't resist!
