I know that I am supposed to be showing Easter stuff, but I just found these pictures from St. Patty's Day.
We did the pretty tame "dying the waffles and eggs green" bit,
but the kids thought it was spectacular and have been asking for green eggs every day since then.
Except Henry.
He never really trusted such unusual pigmentation - and flat out refused to touch them. But somehow the green waffles never bothered him. I wonder if this is a reflection on my every-day waffle-making skills.... hmmm...
