We've reached another milestone at our house this weekend...
Thomas lost his first tooth.
And was he ever excited about it!
He even got out his book about teeth to look at a diagram of a tooth and compare it to the specimen that fell out of his mouth. That's our boy! A born researcher!
The tooth fairy left him some cash (ok, it was change, really) under his pillow that night. But that good ol' fairy must be getting old cause she (or he) accidentally dropped the tooth on the carpet in the middle of the night and couldn't find it in the dark. After much swearing and patting of the carpet, that poor tooth was left to fend for itself until morning when the vacuum would be enlisted to do the job properly.
And Tom? Well, he is very excited for his next revenue stream when his remaining bottom front tooth takes the plunge here in the next few weeks. We just hope he doesn't start pulling them all out to speed up the process.
