Tom's first day of school

Our first kiddo just started school.


Yep, he's an official kindergartener and he is darn proud of it.


Here is Tom posing by his classroom.


And Mary Alice decided to come along to see him off on his first day.



Well, we thought she was just tagging along, but apparently, she totally planned on staying there with him.


Here are the kiddies with their backpacks before we left for the school.



Tom LOVES his backpack.
He says it is much bigger than his pre-school backpack - it can hold TWICE as many toys.


But I didn't have the heart to tell him what it will really be holding this coming school year.




We'll let them find out on their own.
